Hi, my name is Philippe Maes and i am a passionate IT designer/developer!

Let me introduce myself…

In 1996, when i've been graduated from the school Saint Luc Liege to learn Graphic Arts, i signed up two one-year intensive trainings :

• Multimedia:
  STE Formations (ULG), Liège (Belgium).
• DTP:
  E.N.A.I.P., Liège (Belgium).

With my diploma and these trainings, in 1998, i found my first job in Waimes, in Média Waimes, where i worked as a graphic designer.

One year later, i signed my first contract in Luxembourg to be the Webmaster for the ADECCO GROUP, in 1999.
During two years, i was busy with the communication of the group but i was lucky to develop the first job site in Luxembourg: ejob.lu.

After a restructuration of the group two years later, in 2001, i had to found another job. Then i became a graphic & web designer for the communication agency, Interact, based in Luxembourg.

Some years later, i became a 'dad', so, i decided with my girlfriend to go back to Belgium to be nearer from our families.

In 2005, i found a job in my birthcity, Verviers, to work for the internet agency, END2END, as a graphic and web developer.

In 2007, i took the great decision to be a FREELANCER and i created the first version of the website you're reading.

I developed a lot of projects and gived my help to different agencies like : LUSIS COMMUNICATION, LA REFERENCE…

During the years 2010 and 2011, i also worked in a school, DON BOSCO in Liège, where i was a graphic arts professor.

In January 2015, I ended my self-employment activities to have more time to spend on my daughter.

From November 2015 to May 2016, I worked as a graphic designer and web developer for the SENERGIE agency in Verviers, which published the magazine 'Idées Coups de Coeur'.

So i began to find a job as an employee. From May 2017 to August 2017, I made a replacement contract for a Graphic Designer / Offset position for the Dejardin printing press in Bassenge.

Here I am again looking for new challenges!
I found my new challenge!

I'am happy to inform you, i work now in the company BELGIUM TRUCK TECHNOLOGY SA, as a designer/developer since Augustus 2018.
